look up watch out
the stars are crazy tonight
look how they shimmer
over the palace of justice
like terror alarm
somebody or something
is breathing in my room
it's the gas heater
but no
hear it
there is somebody else
it's me
i open the window
and breath in
and look at those jerks
in the sky
consisting of atoms
and neutrons and neutrinos
and of the emptiness between those
just like me
a jerk
suffering from a need
to shimmer
to shimmer and to be loved
and looked at
i'm your star
